ITK Natural Rubber Sheet is a black blended Natural and Synthetic Rubber Sheet. It has good physical properties such as mechanical strength and tears resistance. They are resistant to water, most acids, alkalis, and salts. However, they are not recommended for use in areas encountering oils and hydrocarbons.
Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer Rubber, in short, EPDM rubber is an important synthetic elastomer, to say the least. ITK’s range of state-of-the-art EPDM Rubber Sheet is composed of the above-mentioned compound and exhibits superior resistance to both chemicals such as acids and alkalis, and extreme temperatures as well.
ITK Nitrile Rubber Sheet is a black colour rubber sheet, made from Acrylonitrile Butadiene Rubber which is a copolymer of butadiene and acrylonitrile. It has petroleum-based fuel and oil resistance, including petrol, diesel, and LPG. It is also resistant to mineral oils and greases and gas permeability.
ITK Neoprene Rubber Sheet is a black, abrasion, and impact resistant, highly elastic rubber sheet made from chloroprene rubber. It has excellent mechanical strength and is flexible and resilient with high temperature and flame resistance. It has petroleum-based fuel and oil resistance, including petrol, diesel, and LPG making it suitable for Sealing, Bearing, or Isolating applications and Anti-vibration where these are present.
ITK Silicone Rubber Sheet is made from Silicone Polymer, which is very inert, flexible, non-toxic & lightweight. No carbon or toxic chemicals are used in their manufacturing. It has very high-temperature resistance and is completely UV stable, making it highly resistant to ozone effects and extreme weather conditions. Silicone rubber has good physical properties and will maintain its flexibility over a wide temperature range.
